What Causes Fatigue With Persistent Abdomen Pain And Weight Loss?
I have been to over 5 doctors , and been all over the state. No one opcan figure out what s wrong with me. Abnormalitys in bone marrow. Symptoms : constipation. Fatigue- sleeps up to 18 hours a day. Weight loss- 23 pounds, and I can t gain it back. Dizzy. Constant left sided stomach pain. Always cold It s been over a year. I stopped going to school and now do online.

First constipation is not the disease, second you have not mentioned the bone marrow abnormality what kinds of this, or this is just your thought or idea, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, this was very important because this nothing can be said, any way the over all symptoms are related with some functional elements, hope this helps.
