What Causes Fatigue?

i always feel tired and sleepy but the things got worse as soon as i concentrate on anything like books,my phone,my laptop just around for 10-15 minutes...my eyes start feeling starin and my mind just force me to sleep... Please help, how i should get rid of this shit!

This can result due to any of the following:
1. Anxiety or Depression.
2. Anemia
3. Hypothyroidism.

I would advise you to get :
1. Hemoglobin
2. TSH
