What Causes Fatigue,nose Bleeds And Loss Of Appetite?

I have extreme fatigue, nose bleed, loss of taste and appetite. I had heart attack in March 27 of this year and had three stints placed. But I had fatigue before all this happened and have not been able to get back to feeling normal. I am 74 years old and have always been very active, even after my cancer 4 years ago

hello, thanks for your query,post stents on blood thinners tends to have bleeding per nose, check out your pt/ aptt/ inr values meet your cardialogist. your bleeding could be a cause for fatigue or medications also can cause fatigue. it's inevitable for you to take those medications. consult ent/ cardialogist. hope I have answerd your query. all the best. take care.
