What Causes Fatigue,temperature,chills And Headaches?

male 60 years old, generally in very good health, presently travelling. for two days now, I have experienced some fatigue, some temperature and chills, some small headaches, this morning things seem to be a bit better, what could of cause this to happen

Thanks for the query.

As you have been travelling, fatigue, temperature, chills and headaches could be due to Viral, Bacterial or parasitic infections like malaria if travelling from malaria endemic region. Viral fevers usually lasts for 4 to 7 days.

If temperature less than 100 F and comfortable then take complete best rest, keep yourself hydrated and have healthy diet. This should improve your immune system.

If temperature more than 101 F or uncomfortable or dehydrated then you need to see a Local GP for investigation and treatment.
