Hi,

You have mentioned multiple symptoms which could have one or more diagnosis.Abdominal pain and constant rumbling noises could occur due to gastro-esophageal reflux and excess gas. I would suggest you to take proton pump inhibitors like Rabeprazole regularly half an hour before food.

Tingling sensation in fingers can occur due to peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes. Kindly rule out any abnormal blood glucose levels. Sore throat and breathing problems can occur due to respiratory tract infections. Any edema present in the body can indicate water and fluid retention. Kindly check your renal and cardiac function.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
