As you are a medical doctor, I do not recommend to start with any tablet. The most suitable treatment for you is psychotherapy. You should manage to control your panic attacks.
Patients need a strong and healthy doctor, and not being part of a panic attack episode.
And most of all, you should decide whether to be a doctor or a patient. You can't be both of them at the same time. So, better consult with a psychotherapist and start psychotherapy seances.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
