General & Family Physician, Dr. Ina Zaimi's Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully tour query and I understand your concern.
The condition you are describing makes me suspect of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). IBD primarily includes ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Both usually involve severe diarrhea, pain, fatigue and weight loss. With such a presentation on my clinic I would order a complete blood test, Fecal occult blood test, a coproculture to rule out infections, and an endoscopic procedure such as colonoscopy. I strongly suggest you seek a consult with your local gastroenterologist and meanwhile hydrate yourself, with taking as much fluids.
Hope I helped you with my answer. Feel free to ask again.
Take Care, Dr. Ina Zaimi
