What Causes Fecal Leakage Along With Itchy Anal Area?

Hello, I am a man of age 21. I ve had an embarrassing issue that I have a hard time understanding and finding information about. The issue is that for the past year or so well I ve had feces leaking from my ass. I notice it s often after I eat a lot of sugar. I have severe itching in the anal area after the leakage and I just don t know where to even start. I don t want to scratch my butt so I ve been softly dabbing a wet tissue in that area but it helps temporarily and the problem comes back over and over. I need help!

Well come to HCM
because of the worm infestation such symptoms may be possible and likely parasites would be pin"worm" in my opinion the possibility of this need to be ruled out and for this get done the stool examination (Culture sensitivity and routine test would be advisable ) till then drink more water, hope this information helps, take care.
