What Causes Feel Of Air Bubbles In Chest And Rise In Pulse Level?

Everyday I wake up with what feels like an air bubble in the top part of my chest . I have a lot of stress in my life I m on medication for it but every day that I wake up in the bubble feeling at the top of my chest like right above my heart I ve done EKGs and they re all fine I ve done several and my doctor said that my pulse runs very very high dangerously high at one point it was like 122 ... I do hold stress in and have 4 grown kids but boy do they stress me out !!! I was a single mother and had a lot of bad stuff happen in my life not just as an adult but also as a child but I didn t start feeling the air bubbles until just recently ..... I thought this was a free site with docs that don t want money from me ...
