What Causes Feeling Dizzy, Light-headed, And Mildly Nauseous?

Hi, I m a 27F, no children. lately I ve been feeling dizzy, light-headed, and mildly nauseous. This can come and go and seems to have been happening in the last couple weeks. My coordination and reflexes seem fine. I have also been experiencing late and very light periods, with only spotting. my last ovulation was extremely painful and this, too, is highly unusual. I am currently taking Venlafaxine (the last 8 weeks) and Trazadone (about 5 weeks) for GAD, insomnia and depression. They seem to sit fine with me. What could be going on?

Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing including delay in periods could be due to the effect of medications. However, please take a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as well.
