What Causes Feeling Lightheaded And Fatigue After Medication For An Episode Of Vertigo?
I went to the ER with extreme dizziness and they diagnosed it as vertigo, gave me meclizine, which took away the extreme dizziness. It has now been 4 days and I feel just lightheaded and tired--would this be a leftover from the vertigo attack or something else?

It could be a vertigo attack.
Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
As of now you can try drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
