Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your symptoms such as numbness in tongue with fainting spells indicative of low blood sugar level in your body. Severe acute sinus infection along with low blood glucose level in your body causing these symptoms. It could be due to any fluctuation in blood pressure levels such as Postural Hypotension, facial nerve impingement along with deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, etc. which interferes with blood formation & nerve conduction. I would suggest you to visit general practitioner once and get your HbA1c, blood tests levels checked and go for testing of random and fasting blood glucose and start treatment accordingly. Keep brushing twice daily and use Listerine mouth wash. Do flossing twice a week . Keep drinking plenty of water. Go for exercise daily. Get insulin levels monitored on monthly basis follow up. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. Chew on citrus substances to stimulate sensation.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes,
