Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptom you describe could be caused by many medical conditions. Some possible causes may include:A respiratory tract/throat infection(Viral or bacterial), allergy, irritation for environmental pollutants.I will advise you try the following:
-Take enough/frequent sips of water
-Gargle with warm salt water many times per day
-Take an anti-histamine like premalan
-A steroidal anti-inflammatory like dexamethasone
-If you feel breathless, you add a bronchodilator like salbutus syrup
-Avoid environmental irritants like cold, dust and smoke
If the problem persist with these, you see the Doctor to judge the need for antibiotics and a throat swap test/culture.
Hope this will help you
Best regards
