What Causes Feeling Of Bloating Near Sternum And Rib Cage Discomfort?

Hi I have discomfort at the bottom of my rib cage in the centre. Bloating and fullness feeling in my sternum area. I think I have a redux/ acid problem. It has escalated in the last few days but it has been bothering me for last three months on and off. No problem going to the bathroom. But more gas then usually. Seems to be worse when I am sitting or laying down.

Hello

Yes as you explain the situation they are gas in your intestine. You should try to take a lot of liquids walking and avoid spicy food . You will feel better. If not than please talk with your doctor.
