What Causes Feeling Of Blood Flowing Through The Body?

earlier I felt as if I could feel a certain area of my blood flowing through my body, I felt it moving down my right side and up by left side with an almost certain flow (it didn't pick up speed or slow down, just steadilly moved) And I was wondering if I should be alarmed from this.

Sir it is not alarming symptom or sign of underlying pathology to be taken as stress.
It`s body`s perception to certain ailments through subcouncious level which is very difficult or impossible to be digested or taken granted by councious mind.
