What Causes Feeling Of Blood Rushing To Head Feeling?

Hi, I sometimes get this sensation of blood rushing to my head and face my tummy also feels upset when this happens it only lasts of a few seconds and then goes, I am a 42 yr old female and have been taking Lexapro medication for 6 yrs not sure what is the cause of this???

actually you suffer from premenupausal syndrome,it is all because of your menses slowly disappearing, you should take homeopathic medicine ( aconite nap-30) 5 drops when it occurs,have you dreams if yes than what snakes,flying,persuied by someone,falling from height?are u suspicious?have you desire to eat chalk or mitti?give full history,than i will surely help you,you will be alright mam.
