What Causes Feeling Of Bugs Crawling In Eyes, Nose And Ears?

I have no scabes and no bite but itch and believe i was exposed to a person who might have had scabies for awhile .it has onlly been a week since i saw him however i feel like i have bugs crawling in my nose eyes and ears is this possible i herd the can get into the nose and throat and brain please answer petrified
