What Causes Feeling Of Cervical Dilatation In Case Of Uterine Polyp?

Hi my name is wendy im 35 yrs old and was told yesterday i have a 4 and a half inch polyp growing in my womb. They wanted to remove it fri morn but my bloods was to low so got to take iron till well enough. But today my cervix feel more open and soft and can feel someting sticking dwn. I feel like im in the beginings of labour. could you please tell me if this is possible and if it can b dangerous if it can please. Thankyou.
