What Causes Feeling Of Cyst In Outer Labia Majora?

Hi its about 3 weeks I have noticed my left outer labia majora is bigger than the right one , it is like there is a cyst inside but iam not sure what is it. I don t have any pain or itch . could you please help me what cause would be? sometimes it disappear .
