What Causes Feeling Of Fainting And Numbness On Head And Shoulder?

I am a male, 34 years old, with a perfectly normal medical history. Recently (past few months) I have been getting these sensations where I feel faint and as though I am going to faint. This is then followed by a panic feeling. I am left with a numb throbbing feeling in the back of my head, shoulder and leg (all on the right side). Please could you suggest what this could be.
