ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion you are suffering from acute URI wich is causing eustachian tube catarrh. and this leading to middle ear effusion. I would recommend you to take short course of antibiotics and antihistaminic medication. xylometazoline nasal drops will help in opening eustachian tube. I would also suggest you to do nasal saline irrigation.
