What Causes Feeling Of Fullness In The Ear?

The past six months or so I have had a feeling of fullness in my left ear. If I put my head upside down to wash my hair in the sink or something I get a strange feeling and a weird sound in the left ear any time water is near it. This only happens when my head is upside down however. I have been swimming and it does not occur then or at least not yet. It also vibrates and hurts the left ear if I raise my voice or yelling for my dogs. Any thoughts?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the fullness in the ear with particular vibration sensation indicates possible issue with:
- Disturbances with the fine fluid mechanics of endolymph system
- Presence of foreign body in the canaliculi of vestibules
