What Causes Feeling Of Fullness, Nausea, Heartburn While Being Underweight?

Hello, I am almost 21 and I get full extremely fast. It seems that almost every meal I eat either makes me super full right away or kicks me into heartburn and/or nausea. It s gotten to the point where If I m hungry, I ll make myself a meal and immediately chew tums afterword in hopes it will kill the nausea. I m currently underweight BMI-wise (5 10 , 112 lbs) and have a high metabolism, so gaining weight is a problem for me with this condition. I want to be a police officer and I have to meet the weight requirements and even more, I just want the constant nausea to go away. What is it? and What can I do about it?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all the cause of your all the symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, some time it is due to stress even IBS could be the reason for that if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time and it need to be continued for six weeks, hope this information helps.
