What Causes Feeling Of Growth Inside The Vagina?

I'm a 19 yr old female, and I'm a virgin. But lately I've noticed a strange feeling in my vagina. Like there might be a growth or something in there, or at least like it's tighter than normal inside and at the opening. I'm worried that there might be something seriously wrong, like cervical cancer etc. I don't know what to do.
