What Causes Feeling Of Hardness And A Lump At The Bottom Of Belly Button?

I recently got my belly button pierced and it s been about 3 weeks. The bottom hole on my belly button is hard and has a lump on the bottom of it. Not like a keloid. Could it be scar tissue? Or could it be an infection? If not could you give me an explanation?

this could not be any scar keloid etc or any infection normaly with piercing ths happens if its nt paining and you feel fine thn no reason to worry about just keep the piercing area clean and wash it with dettol you wil be fine
