What Causes Feeling Of Having Air Bubble Near Heart?

Feels like There is an Air buble near my heart....or like a bag filled with water and when u put your hand on it air bubble moves. Thats how my heart feels. I have been without sleep for 2 days and been doing cocaine. About 5 grams in 24 hours. How can I fix this weird sensation without going to hospital?

Hello and welcome.

Cocaine can cause anxiety and at times even hallucinations, which is why it is important to first rule out the same by first discontinuing the consumption of cocaine. I understand this must be difficult for you, but you have only two options:

+Discontinue the cocaine and see if your symptoms last

+Visit a hospital for a thorough examination to rule out what you describe to be pericarditis or a tamponade (unlikely though)
