What Causes Feeling Of Having Bubbles In Heart While On Beta Blocker?

I have seen a cardiologist recently for fast/slow heart rates (range 38-148). He put me on a beta blocker for fast heart rate, amino acid for heart pain. New symptom just started...feels like bubbles in my heart when I m lying down. Is this something to return to doctor about?
