What Causes Feeling Of Having Exploding Pressure In Heart?
I had a feeling like my heart had an exploding pressure, no sharp pain. Lungs felt tight suddenly, I m a little light headed. Heart rate is going from 57-64. This was an hour ago, now I feel off and the muscles on my left side of chest and back are tight and sore. Like something is sitting on my chest.

Any excessive sweating or nausea associated? Do you have any other diseases like hypertension or diabetes?
