What Causes Feeling Of Having Fluid In Head?

why does my head feel like fluid is in there sometimes like it s moving or tricking around. I have anxiety and stress and tend to overthink and worry about things when I find something strange with my body. what could this possibly be ? sinuses? an actual leakage? I can slam times feel like it s fluid in my ears but it s goes away and the thing as a whole goes and comes. I m petrified to go to the doctor fearing that it could be detrimental.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to BPPV or ear related balance issues but baseline neurological examination after your primary care physician review as well as brain imaging of needed to rule out intracranial hypertension may be needed. If all these are normal it's likely possibility that psychiatric problems that you are facing may be presenting like these so should be evaluated by a psychiatrist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
