What Causes Feeling Of Having Foreign Object In The Eye?

Hi, Im Angel. This past two days i've been feeling like i have a forein object in my left eye and it was so painful,blurred vision and photophobia, i thought i had a pink eye but today when i took a closer look there's a white tiny abcess on my iris whenever i close the eye its painful. Please help me what can I do?

it is not possible to detect opacity in iris. it requires slit lamp examination. soit may be fb in cornea or corneal ulcer. eye doctor has to confirm. if FB then it is to be removed or else it is tobe treated as corneal ulcer, with antibiotic drop. it is to be watched for its progress.
