What Causes Feeling Of Having Lump In The Throat?

My cricoid cartilage seems to have changed in shape a little on the left side. When I swallow when my chin is in the down forward and down left positions it is though there is a lump in my throat which is not apparent when I swallow when looking ahead or to the right.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some granular pharyngitis. It gives sensation of lump in throat. Just take a course of antibiotics and take saline gargle. If it is not healed then consult ent specialists and ho for examination.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
