What Causes Feeling Of Having Tight Muscles In Throat?

i have an appointment to see a physciatrist, but whats that tight muscles feeling in ny throat? was this caused by my anxiety? and if so whats the cure my physciatrist will give me? my throat has been feeling tight/full for weeks. help please thank you.

throat checkup by ent checkup is requered. if he agrees for phychitry checkup then you can gofor it. or else take medication as advised by ent doctor.
