What Causes Feeling Of Left Testicle Radiating Back To Abdomen?

Hi, a few days ago I began to experience left testicle back radiating to my lower left abdomen. No recent trauma, I don t feel any lump/bumps, it doesn t feel to be swollen, and its just kind of an achey nagging pain. This doesn t stop me from physical actively either, I just ran two miles today without any pain or issue. Any ideas on what this could be? Im 30, no medical problems, no medications, on major surgeries

1.Such kind of the radiating pain and discomfort can be in the first place lumbar spine when there is any disc bulge causing nerve compressing - which is generally treated with back exercises at your age.
2.Next possible cause could be KUB - kidney urinary bladder infection / obstruction can give the above symptoms.
3.Finally if there is any inguinal hernia causing above symptoms is also possible.
4.If its is an ongoing issue and causing discomfort - i would recommend to get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and scrotum to evaluate cause.
5.If not disturbing much, you can try with back exercises, and plenty of water in terms of urinary symptoms - and try for couple of weeks, no response means needs further evaluation.
