What Causes Feeling Of Lump In The Throat And Hoarse Voice?

I am having trouble with my voice. I start a conversation either in person or on the phone, and after a few sentences, I get what feels like a lump in my throat or like I m getting choked up about something and need to swallow before I can continue. After speaking for a short conversation, also my voice become hoarse. This started about two weeks ago, I first noticed it and had to pause during a conversation because of that choked up feeling ( the feeling you get when you are emotional about something ) but I m not and nothing is bothering me. I don t know any other way to explain it.

dear most common cause for lump in throat and hoarse ness of voice is GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease), other possibilities line common cold with sinusitis with post nasal drip, myasthenia, malignancy etc. please consult your ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly. use tab.pantaprazole before breakfast. i think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
