* The sensation of feeling the movement in the left side of the heart indicates possible fluttering sensation via autonomic disturbances through stress issue. My guidelines at present
- get checked that you are passing bowel movements at regular intervals
- do regular basis deep breathing exercises
- walk in fresh air
- aerobics
- control of body weight
- control of blood sugar and cholesterol
- avoid smoking and alcohol if consuming
- maintain sound sleep of 7 hours
* Discuss the need of an EKG or other relevant investigation with your doc during planned visit. Till that time, if any doubt or query, please feel free to discuss ahead at any point of time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
