What Causes Feeling Of Ringing Sound In Head And Lack Of Concentration?

Hi I have this faint feeling that a sound rings in my head off and on, at times I get uneasy and lack concentration and start to think about health and consequences, had been on zoloft 50 mg and xanax 0.5 mg three months ago , but then stopped. appreciate your advise
