What Causes Feeling Of Something Struck In Throat?

I'm 32yrs old, 1m69, 68kgs. Since the past months, i'm experiencing as if something is stuck in my throat. Sticky saliva in the morning, very bad sleep, with severe back pain. But when on my feet, i feel better. Sometimes i feel as if my meal get stuck in my throat, which makes me have bad breath too. Please help!!

Nothing to worry. Take pantoprazole+domperidone 40+30 daily bbf and tab amitryptilline 10 od at bedtime for 2wks...quit any addiction if u had)..If problem continues then go to ent surgeon for examination.
