pain in my rt side of my neck feel like its swollen having headache when i wake up in the morning pain goes up in my rt ear feels like there is a stone stuck in my throat when swallowing dizziness rt eyes feels like its being push and most of the time watery

I read through your query and I must say that it can be due to inflammation of the tonsils. Please avoid having very cold foods like icecream and very cold water. I suggest you do hot salt water gargle for a few days followed by antibiotics for 3 days.
