Hello and welcome to HCM,
Drainage of discharge from sinuses is suggestive of sinus infection or inflammation.
Feeling of something stuck in the throat can occur in cases of obstruction in the esophagus (food pipe) or in the pharynx.
Clinical assessment of both sinuses and esophagus is required to find out most probably cause of these symptoms in the child.
Radiological assessment of sinuses and pharyngeal region will be required to find out the cause of the symptoms mentioned by you.
Management can be planned once diagnosis is confirmed.

Thanks and take care
