What Causes Feeling Of Tube Attached To The Vaginal Wall?

I was fingering myself last night and everything was fine, but when I put a finger up there now there is something which feels like a tube attached to the wall of the vagina - I can feel it when I put one finger up. Do you have any idea what it could be? I'm really scared..
