General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to pharyngitis and associated gastro esophageal reflux. Antibiotic therapy might be needed also. Examination by an ENT specialist is well appreciated. For such condition I would recommend antibiotic like Co-amoxiclav and proton pump inhibitor like esomeprazole. Take warm fluids. Taking lemon tea and warm chicken soup with pepper is good. You can also take chewable vitamin c. Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear. Thanks.
