What Causes Feeling Strain And Discomfort In Legs And Shoulder?

Hi ... I am 24 yrs old ... about 65 kgs 5 8 male ... Whenever i go for a jog or exert myself physically my right leg tends to get fatigue much faster than my left leg ... i feel a great strain in my [right leg] calf muscles going down towards lower foot, this problem has been there since about 1.5 yrs, also when i get up from sleep i feel a strain starting from my right buttock, back of the thigh, calf and then the foot & have the urge to stretch. Recently there is some discomfort (slight pain) in the lower back shoulder & the neck but only in the right side. I kindly request your diagnoses.
