Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain weird sensation in throat and burning sensation in tongue seems to be due to
allergic reaction to the contents of cigarette smoke and the allergic reaction and head produced by the cigarette leads to feeling of burning sensation..
As it has been a continuous process the continuous exposure to oral irritation has led to persisting inflammation in mouth and a continuous feeling of burnt inside the mouth and tongue and th symptoms seems consistent with a condition known as
Burning Mouth Syndrome..
I would suggest you to strictly stop
smoking and consult an Oral Physician and if burning mouth syndrome is confirmed as the diagnosis then he/she can advise you to gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing lignocaine for relief..
Take a moltivitamin tablet daily..
Anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen can be taken.
Sucking ice pops and cold water rinses will also help..
Tingling and crawling sensation over the finger tips and whole body can be due to Peipheral Neuropathy and you need to consult a Neurophysician for ruling out the exact cause and treat you accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
