What Causes Feet And Toes Nevi During The Cold?

I believe I had frost bite on the bottom of my feet and several toes while Walking to grad school in Boston. Now , six years later I have yellow spots on the bottom of my feet and toes when it gets cold out. Did I have frost bite, and if so, what type of Dr. do I need to see. It is getting worse as I get older.
