What Causes Feet Coldness And Toe Numbness, Calf Burning Sensations After Surgery?

i had an operation a week ago i had to have sewing needles removed from my calf i had 3 in but they only removed 1. my leg was hot and i had a temperature so i went to doctors on the tuesday i have got a few days left but i am concerned as my foot is really cold and i cant feel my toes or move them, also i keep getting a burning sensation in my calf and it is agnosing and i still have a temperature and vomitting
