What Causes Feet, Hands And Head Tingling, Erection Problems And Blurred Vision?

I have tingling in my feet, hands, and head and im having erectile problems for the past few days. I'm tired some days, I have a lot of nights I can't sleep. My arms be lame at times, as if my blood isn't flowing. I have blurred visions at times, my blood pressure is always prehypertension, i have white spots in my mouth. I have acid reflux as well as thyroid problems. Can you help? Is this a sign of diabetes or fibromalygia?
