What Causes Feet Numbness And Tingling With A Sore Bite Mark?

I am a diabetic and ive been noticing a slight numbness and tingling in my feet. i called my doctor and he said its highly unlikely that its peripheral neuropathy but told me to get my feet checked anyways. I also noticed i woke up about two days ago with this bite mark on my inner thigh: WWW.WWWW.WW I know its hard to see but it is two holes that i believe is a spider bite but im not sure. they were almost like little pimples tho. Theyre about 0.5 cm apart. this is the second time I woke up with a bite like this but i havent had numbness before. can someone help me identify this because if it is a spider bite causing this i want it to be treated quickly. It also feels sore if i push directly on it
