What Causes Feet To Get Cold During Winter And In Air-conditioned Rooms?

My toes get extremely cold during the winter and sometimes during the summer in air conditioned rooms. My primary care current and past primary care physicians relate that I have excellent circulation. I have also been to neurologists and mentioned it to them. Additionally, I have visited a chief podiatrist who asked me whether I had ever been exposed to extreme cold. I informed him that I had while serving in the U.S. Army. At times I could not feel my toes because of the cold weather. I said that could be the cause of it. I would appreciate any assistance you are able to provide me. Thank you very much. Age: 60; weight: 178, height 5.7.
