What Causes Fetal Abnormalities?

During 4th week of pregnancy the patient diagnosed with infection of para typhi. following medicines were prescribed Febrex Plus, Novamax 500 mg, duphaston, reactin-50 mg, PAN-D, Suprazi 100mg for 4-6 days. are there any chances of teratogenicity/ foetal abnormalities.

HI,
I understand your concern.
The medicines prescribed to you are all safe in pregnancy. None of them is teratogenic / have chance of causing fetal anomaly. Only possible harm can be due to high grade temperature, for which you have been already given Febrex plus. So don't worry.
Paratyphoid is generally devoid of serious complications when treated adequately.
Take full course of medicines as advised by doctor.
take easy to digest nourishing food,
take rest. Drink lot of boiled & cooled water.
