What Causes Fetal Heart Failure?

i lost my baby at 9th week of pregnancy.after 2 weeks when i scaned, checked with doctor we know it. doctor says its a missed abortion.no heart beat dectects.after 2 days d&c done.now i am with chickenbox desease . what the reason for the heart failure of my baby .
